Music is a way of life for Nashville, Tennessee resident Chuck Yamek. True performers like Chuck live their music and put their heart and soul into engineering the perfect sound. Chuck’s musical talents have been heard around the world on record, television, feature films, and in front of thousands of fans in over thirty countries.

Chuck’s musical gift became apparent at the young age of seven in Cleveland when he got his first guitar. His talent eventually led him to Los Angeles in the 1980's, where he quickly became a highly sought-after guitarist, working with monster session guitarists like Tommy Tedesco, Mitch Holder and Fred Tackett. As a player in demand, Chuck played with/recorded with some of the industry’s greatest, such as George Benson, Tiffany, New Edition, Jennifer Holiday, Denny Jiosa, Tower of Power, Zakk Wylde, Vinnie Moore, Dave Larue, Paul Gilbert, David Garibaldi, Gregg Bissonette... Chuck has also shared the stage with numerous musicians from such bands as: Bob Seger, Little Feat, David Lee Roth, the Temptations, and Wild Cherry.

Applying a wide range of styles to touring and session work, Chuck’s talents have contributed to a #1 album and a #1 single. His experiences have since led him to the recording of his first solo album.

Touring and playing live is still Chuck’s first love, where he engages crowds with his devotion to his music and his remarkable ability to play guitar.

Throughout his clinics, he shares his experiences on how to “get the right guitar sound” in the studio and while performing live. Chuck also demonstrates how Martin acoustic guitars and Gibson electric guitars are a major part of his signature sound. As a result of sharing his musical talent with others, Chuck has taught hundreds of students since turning professional.

His versatility to perform pop, rock, rhythm & blues, jazz, and gospel music has made Chuck one of the finest touring professionals in the world. From his days of touring with the chart-topping Tiffany to performing live with the Los Angeles Orchestra, Chuck has “paid his dues” and now shares his talents with thousands of up-and-coming musicians through his popular Martin Guitar Clinics given around the world.
